Horrible place and horrible staff. My sister took her vehicle in to be serviced and had a 22kg box of cat litter in her trunk, the staff stole it. They had no business being in the trunk, and we know they were in there because they forgot their tools. Very unprofessional place and very unprofessional staff. Stop trying to put the blame on your customers when your staff are thieves.
