Horrible service!!!! I wasted money to uber up there to test drive a car for less than 12 hours and they tell me I can't due to the fact my kids had no carseats. I was up there a month ago without carseats and had no issues besides the RUDE associate Joe. I was literally on my way back when they ASSURED me, I'd be able to take the car once I uber-ed back home to get my carseats. They called at the LAST MINUTE to tell me "No can do". So I wasted $40 to go uber THREE TIMES!! I will contact CORPORATE if they do not REIMBURSE my 3 uber trips!
