I had to come in twice and still my car isn't fixe...

I had to come in twice and still my car isn't fixed, First time with an appointment set on Saturday , on reaching the place i was told there is no one to test, come on weekdays, if i could come on weekdays why would i bother coming on Saturday, but still i took a day off from work and came back scheduling an appointment during a weekday, They asked to leave the car and would contact me by noon, i said i can show them what is the issue right there and i need to be there , they said that's not necessary and they will figure out themselves what is wrong , so me goes back Home calling an uber, at noon they call back and said they couldn't reproduce the issue and everything was fine and i could take back my car, i said the car has to be driven for sometime for issue to resurface, so they called me back later after 2 hours or so saying there is nothing wrong with car, I gave up explaining and just went ahead and took my car back, the issue is still there, total waste of my time
