Lousy customer service, no sense of urgency. Insensitive staff, Emergency room night staff is atrocious for good care as they do not provide any. They treat college students from JMU like trash. My daughter had gone to them twice and both times treated horribly. I called and complained last time will get their accrediting agency involved this time.
