I"m not a customer but was involved in a wreck by one of there customers ,should have hired an attorney but after speaking with there rep Rob Boyer He assured me that we could take care of the matter with out one,so I went along with it,big mistake ,after negotiating with Rob we came to an agreement on settlement not what I wanted due to hospital bills but I felt they were being fair with me, I signed all the paper work Rob requested on a gentleman"s word but when I received the check it wasnt even close to what we discussed, then he wouldnt call me back,exactly what a crook that knows he lied would do , theres nothing I can do now but pay all the bills that got jammed up my ass by Rob Boyer and american farmers & ranchers mutual ins co,dont trust them hire a lawyer they lie ,cheat and steal from you all to save a few dollars , so I reported them to the business bureau and will do everyday till they get investigated ,social media,everybody in catoosa were Rob boyer is from ,there job is to give you the least amount of settlement money as possible,and boy there good at tricking you with there settlement letters I just trusted one of my home town boys only to find out hes a snake,reminds me of a story about the snake and the frog,the frog was injured by a passing car the snake helped him to his den and helped him heal ,one day when the frog got better the snake bit him dying the frog said why did you bite me I thought we were friends and the snake looked at him and said you knew I was a snake.(RobBoyer).
