Acea and its partners (Italgas and Areti) are a typically Italian shame. I am experiencing a terrible odyssey. I am unable to activate the electricity and gas contracts and above all I cannot speak to the partners on which Acea discharges all responsibilities. Impossible to talk to chicchesia and Acea has no control over the operators who give you appointments and do not come without any notice. I have three young children I didn't see any difficulties. Don't go to Acea, a shame. Only the call center is saved, but it has no power but to avalanche of insults. Executives should be severely punished. A shame. No respect. No professionalism. Shame!!!
