I had a bad experience with SDA. The package was not delivered. All the information regarding shipping could only be obtained from the sender. The SDA site was useless, contacting them by telephone was not possible. When I went to pick up the package they told me that both the address and my phone number were wrong. Instead, after finding the package, I saw that all the information was correct! Their only personal advantage is cordiality. But service sucks.

To save the nerves, if I see that the seller delivers via SDA, I refuse the purchase.
