Rep came knocking on the door, without an introduction, name or even who he worked for immediately went into his sales pitch. Within a couple minutes, my wife politely told him we were good with our DirectTV service and when I was shutting the door, he made comments about "Good luck with your high bill" and that he would "blacklist us from Dish service". I just shut the door, but Needless to say his rude comments upset the wife who went out and told him he was out of line and to leave the property. While still in our driveway, he started video recording us with his phone and He proceeded to insult us and my brother, the value of our home and our income. Even said his phone is worth more than our car. Dared us to follow him into the street and continued with insults with neighbors in earshot, yelling our personal info out. Haha. Totally ridiculous. No matter how good this companies services are, This company should really screen and/or train their salesmen on how to accept no, rather than insulting our intelligence and personal situation....yelling it in the middle of the street. Never been treated like that by anyone in this type of situation. Never would consider this company if they were the best entertainment provider on Earth.
