All of the American and Korean staffs I met in the embassy were very professional and friendly except one female clerk on the line which is bilingual Korean.
I estimate her age is over 50 after her voice anyway...
I have encountered her on the line only twice over 6 years (last time was a year ago) but I can't forget her because she was extremely arrogant from the start. She seemed very annoyed with her task.
And she was unkind especially to Koreans.
Quit your job if you don't like it or please do not ruin the honor of the US embassy.
