Review of Sterling McCall Acura

I purchased a 2014 AWD MDX(base) for my wife 7 day...

I purchased a 2014 AWD MDX(base) for my wife 7 days ago. My wife and I are expecting our first child(daughter) next week, so it's safe to say that this purchase was a major investment for our family.
The overall experience was good, and the staff was courteous. My wife and I arrived at the dealership around 5:00pm and didn't leave until 11:20pm that night since they were so busy.
One of the issues we encountered was that after waiting for about 4 hours and finalizing all talks and negotiations, we find out that the supposedly brand new car already had over 180 miles on it. We were so exhausted at that time that we wearily agreed to continue on with the paperwork.
It wasn't until 4 days after that I was able to take a look at the car since they had to install an upgrade on it. Upon closer inspection however, I noticed that there were a couple of paint chips and excess clear coat drippage on both fenders. I brought it to the manager's attention who said that it will be fixed. I asked if there's any chance I can back out of the contract since I was expecting to purchase a brand new car. In my mind, when I'm spending around 50k, brand new should be brand new, meaning ~50miles on the car(not almost 200) and with no defects. The manager spoke to the GM and they mentioned that it's pretty much a "done deal" already and that all the paperwork was already signed. I'll have to talk to my lawyer to clarify the legalities of that since I'm paying for and expecting a brand new car.
The car is still currently at the dealership to fix the paint chips and such and they asked me to come back in 2 days to take a look at it then. They said that they'll do whatever they can to take care of me so we'll see what they say.
So I finally have the car in my possession after waiting a week and spending a lot of time talking to BJ(one of the managers) and Raad(the director). I can honestly say that they really, genuinely, took good care of my family. They were extremely understanding of the whole situation and they made it worth our time to purchase our vehicle from Sterling McCall. I'll have to purchase another vehicle for myself in a year or so and I'm definitely coming back here.
