This was my first time going to this store. The store itself was very cool and the entrance was pretty much in it's own little garden in the middle of Seattle. Very beautiful, there was a waterfall too. The reason I'm giving such a bad rating is because the girl that helped me at the customer service desk was so incredibly rude. I was in to pick something up for my dad who had just gotten out of surgery and they only hold items for one day. I went to the counter and the entire interaction with her was really unpleasant. She completely ignored me except for asking the questions she had to. I tried to just have a nice conversation with her while someone grabbed my item but she just had a dirty look on her face and avoided looking at me while fiddling with her fingers. Who just ignores someone like that? She just acted like I was some crazy rude customer. Maybe she was having a bad day, I understand that. But she was more than just "having a bad day rude" to me. I wish the other person at the customer service desk helped me because they actually seemed nice. Not the best first experience there.
