Needed to disconnect and WOW did they make me jump...

Needed to disconnect and WOW did they make me jump through hoops! I had to wait on hold for an "authorized" person to disconnect me. This line I was being transferred to was called "VIP Retention" and boy did they convince me to stay a customer by making me wait even longer to disconnect. I'm fed up with this company and it's malpractices. They cause me and my friends a lot of stress. Unfortunately for many of us they are the only option... A MONOLPOLY
