EDIT - again, more lies from the management at crown plaza! After reading various reviews on various sites it would seem that many, many of your customers have experienced the same appalling treatment that we suffered. Your condescending and rude replies (rather than try and make the situation better or .. I don t know, apologise?) Shows exactly what type of hotel this is. Absolutely shameful!
