The service center is a total ripoff. Took it in for service yesterday to have a broken part replaced and was quoted $1300 to replace the inside rear view mirror. I respectfully declined and took it to the local Shell station and they ordered a brand new part and replaced if for 1/4th of the cost. Way to treat your customers MB. I will never buy another car from this dealership.
