The experience was as they said it would be. Everything done prior to arriving. However, I felt like once they get there money they dont have anything to do with you unless they can sell you another vehicle. I went to purchase a car late at night and received the wrong car (the website info was not correct about the car) when I attempted to switch the car(a couple days later) I was told no after being given the run arounds but then was told to trade the car in and get the one I wanted. So I paid a little over $1000 for the car I originally wanted, couldnt finance with the same person so carnote went up due to increase in interest also. But had it not been for all of that the experience would have been great. Just make sure you are getting the right car before leaving.
