Our experience was less than impressive, as we had a true difference of opinion. The gentleman who managed the project clearly had difficulty with shooting straight, the quality was less than we had anticipated. After showing up in the morning that the project was to be completed. We had not received any notification that they were done. We walked in to a mess. with burned doors and trim, Cabinets etc. Also had to hire another co. to sand and paint all of the baseboards, clean all the windows from residue, and clean and repaint where there was clear disregard on walls. At this point we had to close for the day loosing a large amount of money on top of the additional expense. When we sent the proposal to the company for them to absorb some of these costs, the showed up at our business, they threatened us and called us names. We would suggest finding a better rounded co. for your flooring needs, We certainly will next time.
