My experience with Montgomery Motors up until the purchase of our new vehicle was great. However, the after sale customer service from the sales/manager employees is awful. I had a couple issues that needed to be taken care of and was promised it would be after the sale. They gave me the hardest time going back and forth, making multiple calls without call backs and poor customer service. I was hung up on and told there were other things more important even after having prior arrangements with them. After a week and a half I finally received the car and still had to figure certain issues out myself. At this point I have not received my contract and have to drive to another dealership to receive the code for my door. After 10 years of customer loyalty I will not be purchasing another car from Montgomery Motors.
