As the owner of a small business for approximately 38 years, it has always been my experience that most large companies are very difficult to work with. Customer care seems to have "vanished". What I can tell you about Indesign is that these people actually CARE about what they do and how they handle their clientele. From start to finish Indesign has provided me with an experience second to none. These engineers are a total pleasure to work with. I just can't say enough about Indesign other than if you are looking for quality with a caring attitude, you need to call Indesign !
