We loved that it is a free range shelter and a no kill shelter. Even though it smells, just because it is free range, it doesn't smell to bad. We also loved how nice and understanding the ladies at the front desk are. One of the best things though about this shelter is that they don't allow you to de-claw the cats or kittens. When we adopted Velma, a little black kitten, we had been there earlier that week and they had no kittens. Then they told us that we could come back today and then we found Velma. I would totally recommend this shelter to others.
