Overated for the money. Luckily enough my friend paid for the stay, otherwise would have been highly disappointed. The service was bad (not helpful at all) and the quality of the rooms were outdated to the max. Just as a tiny example over a multitude of things that weren t up to the usual luxury hotel standard: Had a dinner to attend on Saturday, asked for a lint roller on Friday, the hotel told me to go buy one. Asked for tape instead got told they don t have that... (all hotels have tape). Happy I Started asking for it a day before the dinner because it took 2 days to get some tape to clean my dress off after asking a total of 3 times for it. To conclude, happy I got to experience it with a friend that paid for it because I would never go back there.
