This is a great seaside recreation of a whaling town -with the real whaling ship - the Charles Morgan restored and docked. There are many demonstrations of seaside town crafts from the bygone era - and although many of us do not agree with whaling today - to see how the people who depended on the trade and fishing is very interesting. I first came as a child and many of my schoolmates and I have dear memories of seeing the living history here in the ship and in the many demonstrations that are given. I have also brought adults visitors from around North American and the world and they have enjoyed their time visiting.

Please Note that dogs -except for service dogs - are not allowed into the exhibits - this is a heads-up for those that travel with their dogs!
