Hired AMS to custom order and install 2 doors and ...

Hired AMS to custom order and install 2 doors and 8 windows in my manufactured home. Don't be fooled by the brochures supplied by Custom Window Systems. Their claims of the doors being a premier line, their locks being "upgraded", insulated doors, etc. are only marketing words. Delaney locks are cheap. Standing inside I can see light from outside and the putty knife inserted shows no insulation inside the door. Cut edges have burrs, open window sits on an angle. Deadbolt setup means I can't leave window open at night. Ordered keyed-alike locks, they aren't. $1K for each door! Not calling company directly because AMS already said it would take 6 weeks for someone to show up from Custom Window systems.
