Toxic environment toxic leadership who abuse employees and have no sense of empathy or leadership. I fear what they do for their clients. Don't work here if you need to maintain mental health. The leadership dont deserve to run a non-profit. Maybe they don't. Very nice to funders and rich folks and care two hoots for their own employees . Disgustingly selfish group. Unkind, cruel and need to be stripped of their license
