Absolute Trash!!!

Absolute Trash!!!

My Experience at RT.46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge.
I had initially went in and a boy by the name of Elvin had just wasted my time. Initially he was nice but he had asked me to get my registration because he needed it to pull up my remaining payments. (Lie) After about 45 minutes he could not get the remaining payments. I had to log into my account to find all the details for him. Now if anyone who puts their account on auto pay I don't think most people will remember there password and will have to go through the whole entire process of retrieving it. As he went to go look for the car key for the car I waited for another 15 minutes he came back with a credit application. Then I had shown Elvin that I was pre approved by Chrysler Capital and was trying to give him my pre approval paper work but he insisted on me filling out anther credit application. I understood he wanted to just waste my time. Most dealers get paid by taking all your personal info down. THEY MAKE MONEY SELLING YOUR INFO. ALWAYS DO THE APLICATION ON THE MANUFATURES WEB SITE.

I really wanted a blue summit and this was the only dealer in the neighborhood that had this car. So I used the new option of texting the dealer on the website. I had spoken to Derick Basile. He had told me that they needed to run my credit again to make sure who I was to verify I was a true customer. Don't you just need a drivers license to make sure the client is the client. I agreed because I wanted a car and didn't care anymore the lies these people were telling me. I then was told to speak to a Marvin when I went in.

I went back to the dealership and had mixed up the names from Marvin to Marlin. Marlin seemed like a nice individual and didn't Seem like Elvin. But after about thirty seconds he gave his college Elvin a nice grin. I kinda figured I wasn't going to make a deal. I still played along, He then made me fill out a credit aplication for ALLY bank (a third party bank that gives dealers a incentive for clients to use them. Which traditionally a portion gets passed down) . I filled it out to see if I could make a deal I didn't care as I was Tier 1 and knew it.

Marlin came back to me with numbers that showed me that I was getting 8500 off the car and my lease payment was 873 for 39 months and 15 k a year. I had told him I wanted 3 years and 36 months. Price went up again. Anyone who's been on Jeeps website can see the lease calculator and and plug in there terms to get a starting price of the car. Keeps default setting is a ten percent down payment. Marlin came back with paperwork saying that I was getting a 14 percent off the sticker of the car and having to pay a insane amount that was more then 0 down on the jeep website.

TO ALL THE REAL CAR BUYERS. IF YOUR IN ANY PART OF NORTH JERSEY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THESE GUYS BEHAVE LIKE LOAN SHARKS. THEY THRIVE ON WHATS CALLED A SUB-PRIME AUTO INDUSTRY. They only want bad credit so they can rip people off. HONESTY IS NOT SOMETHING THESE GUYS KNOW HOW TO SPELL. THEY HAVE NO CONSCIOUS. ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS JUST TO RIPP YOU OFF.

Thank You for reading my experience I hope everyone who reads this will join me into never giving such people any business. To the owners of the dealership: YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!
