PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING: I hope to save you time, money, and sanity before you consider visiting this dealership. I had a very poor experience today and verify that what many of these poor reviews have already said. The bad reviews are true.

Highlights:

Customer service was awful. Ben Rojo-Cruz, our sales rep, left us sitting at his desk alone, twice for several hours in total without warning, without checking in on us, and without letting us know what was going on.

You should worry about the ironically titled "worry-free inspection fee." Our sales rep didn't even know what was involved in the "inspection, but after asking his manager they said were going to charge us $1,200+ for an oil change, detail, a look around the car, and replacement of wiper blades. (I had to explain to him why that didn't add up...) We were also going to be charged for thousands of dollars in fees for options we did not ask for or want including a $650 key replacement coverage fee and several others I can't remember.

Fees are not disclosed before purchase. We were nearly pressured into signing final paperwork without seeing any breakdown of fees.

Everyone is a shady salesperson. Their setup involves you speaking with at least 3 types of sales people disguised as separate departments.

You can't choose your down payment amount. We were told the max we could put down is $3,000 (probably because they get some kind of a kickback for more financing).

There are thousands of dollars in hidden fees. Even though we turned down all options and extras, we were looking at the mid $19,000 range for a vehicle with a $15,100 sales price tag.

High pressure sales tactics are used. They used the old "it's usually X amount for this but since we're doing it for you today we can do it for half" and also tried to inspire fear to scare us into purchasing other options. You'll see when you speak to the "customer service specialist" and finance.

Conclusion:

After driving a vehicle with a sales tag of $15,100 we ended up drawing a big X on our paperwork and walking after hours of sitting and waiting in confusion, feeling victim to a scam, and looking at a final price of over $19,000 (and that's having turned down all available extras and options). Take your hard-earned money elsewhere where you will be respected, helped, and not scammed out of your money because you will not find that here.
