I've been with GreyStone Power since the early 70's. Their customer service reps. have been unfailingly helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Outages have been dealt with promptly in most cases. There have been rare lengthy outages, usually related to extreme weather. GreyStone has an online map showing outages and updating the situation. Also making reporting an outage fairly simple.
Also, the dividend check members receive after a certain length of service is a welcome plus.
