Went here for a bachelorette with 12 girls which was pre booked a month-two months before. It took them an hour to set the area and the spot they gave us was right by the front door in November. Every time the door opened it was freezing cold. They refused to move us as there were "other reservations" made (i.e, guys willing to pay more). They were charging us more than the quoted price, they did not give me a ticket for my jacket. Not to mention, they would pour us vodka, and took the bottle away when it was 1/2 full and did NOT bring the bottles back?? Other people (guys) had their bottles at their tables. Very poor customer service. Never going back. Only positive side was the DJ was good. DO NOT GO HERE! IT SUCKS!
