My credit card # was stolen right at the front desk, they attempted to charge nearly $2000 in merchandise at various online retailers. I reported it to security, upper management, and actually to the same person who we are 99% sure stole our number, and nobody seemed to care or believe that could happen there. They even used the hotel as a shipping address at 2 of the retailers!!! Management not taking responsibility is way worse than the front desk supervisor actually stealing our number and using it!!! Other than that, the stay was great just watch your credit card!
