Very Unprofessional company poor customer services...

Very Unprofessional company poor customer services, I asked them to register a company for me- there was no response just e-mail,I phone them and spoke to reception was told someone will call you back I had to call them 3 times, the 3rd time they put me through person called Robert. very very unprofessional doesn't know what he is talking about, he told me he will get back to me in 3 minutes he sent me text message saying i didn't pay so they cant, process. clueless, I had just googled my name through company house and it came up as registered, I phoned them back and notify them how comes my company is showing up they were clueless again, they started sent me emails and congratulations emails that my company is successfully registered, here comes when I check my company there were spelling mistakes they did i gave them them full correct name to be used, which i have evidence basically they cant spell check simple names. so now i had to do it again and use par per version because company house rejected my company name change and this was coursed by clueless 1st choice Business Solution, NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM, there are better companies out there,
