WORTH EVERY PENNY! After a long evening of delayed flights and miscommunication with other hotels we ended up the this hotel and I am so thankful for it in the end! Called the hotel to make sure the website was correct and spoke with Chris. She was so reassuring and helpful from the start. Get to the hotel and it was a very, simple smooth, and quick reservation and check in process. She remembered my call and knew we were staying due to a delayed flight and asked what time our flight out was, we told her. She even gave us a very generous check out time due to flight out being the next late evening and booked our shuttle back to the airport. She was so informative, courtesy, and helpful after a long tiring day. Clean and stocked rooms. Worth every penny from the customer service to the rooms! Will love to stay here in the future.
