In response to comments by A Nonymous regarding his BMW Z4:

This was an honest mistake for which we apologized. The gentleman with the BMW Z4 was graciously toured through our facility, and all the information on his requirements were recorded. Unfortunately, after researching the costs of parts needed for the repair his quote was accidentally filed with paperwork for another customer. A few weeks later we found his paperwork and apologized for the mishap -but it was too late. It actually would have been more productive for him to touch base with us again instead of writing an unnecessary negative review.
