My experience at City World Toyota has been always a great experience.

Customer Service Representative Julissa Taveras is an exceptional person and she treats her customers with the upmost respect and is always being requested buy a customer in my presence, she is very dedicated hard worker to helping customers in resolving their problems with the car or the best service available. RECOGNITION well deserved. There is a young man also at Customer Service who is wonderful in Customer Service. Manger knows he his name he was with Julissa on 9/12/19. Great Worker, Staff, Mechanics and also Roberto who makes the Coffee and puts Pastries for Customers with great Love. All Employees please DESERVES Appreciation and Recognition. TOYOTA will continue to give their customer the best ever.
I also met the General Manager Jason he is great and was a wonderful experience talking with him. I appreciated that he took the time to talk with me and I was able to shre my experience and his feedback was very positive. There are a great and wonderful Staff at City World Toyota Service. I have been taking my care for service and Luis was always requested because of his great work, but unfortunately he move on sad to here he left.
I would like Julissa to receive recognition for her dedication as well as the other Staff that I met throughout my year here. Now I met Jason the General Manager and it was a great pleasure. the safety of the customers well-being.
i believe that you have a good staff at Citywide Toyota as you bring in your car the workers are very polite and greet you well and the staff are very friendly and courteous.
It is a pleasure to attend Cityworld Toyota.
something special should be done for the employees as an appreciation to the loyal and dedication to Cityworld Toyota.
I as well as others will continue our loyalty as a Toyota owner. As I have spoken to a few customers in the waiting area.they enjoy coming to city world Toyota.
Also want to say that I had the pleasure to meet Jose, Rosa and Britney from Toyota. / Hyundai Sales are also wonderful spoke with their Manger he was also wnderful and it was a wonderful experience with them and When I chose to buy a new Toyota they will be the Representative I will go too.
