I called on Thursday to get someone to fix 2 broken bedroom windows. I was told someone would be with me by 12 on Friday to measure up. So, I booked in - provided my credit card details, got email confirmation etc - and waited in all morning on Friday. When no-one arrived by 12 I called and was told no-one would be available until at least Monday. Glazing needs are, by nature, always urgent - if they couldn t be here til Monday they should have said so when I first called. And if there was a subsequent problem, they should have called me. Instead, they wasted half my day, and their terrible customer service almost resulted in me being left with a broken window unattended for 4 more days.

Fortunately, I found another local company who came out the same day, and were cheaper too.

Able are an example of when the firm whose ad comes top in google are not necessarily the best.
