We were so very fortunate to have met Dana Stokes at an open house we just happened to stop at. We immediately felt at home with her and knew this was our realtor!!! Over the course of a few month Dana stayed in touch providing us with updates, but never pushy. When were were ready to look at properties Dana arranged her schedule so we could spend the few days we had looking at properties. Dana has the patience of a Saint and the charm of a family member. We could not have been more impressed with her knowledge of Pawleys Island and the Real Estate market!! When we finally decided to make an offer Dana was right there with us to help throughout the home buying process!! I cannot think of a better person or realtor to help you find your Dream Home!!
