This was my first experience working with Simplified Communications. After a long, frustrating and unsuccessful process trying to get Centurylink services in our office space, we were introduced to Simplified through our IT group.

Working with them was very easy. They are extremely communicative, which is refreshing after working with the large service providers. We had one point of contact throughout the process and he helped us to get our services set up. This included working directly with the actual service provider, our building, etc. He was also helpful in getting an arrangement negotiated between our landlord, our company, and the IT provider.

I would recommend their services and would use them again myself.
