Fetape provided an average customer experience. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, the support staff was not very helpful. Overall, I was satisfied with the service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
