Terrible customer service. Phone just rings and then cuts you off. Emailed them and was told they would "try" deliver the package today. Took no responsibility and no apology for being cut off on the phone numerous times, and I raised the point twice in two different emails.

Stick with fedex, DHL or EMS - all of which are a faster service.
