I had a problem with my 2015 F-250. I did not purchase this truck from Wayne Pitman Ford. I called the dealer I did purchase it from which is out of town and they recommended that I take it to Pitman's! I dropped the truck off on Tuesday and told them that I had been booked in to go camping with it on Friday. They called me back and said they could guarantee to have it fixed the following Wednesday but they would see what they could do.

I thought my camping trip was ruined and it would be one of the last ones for the year. I got a call on Wednesday saying that they managed to get the truck in and they were pretty sure they know what is wrong with it! Thursday I got another call saying it was ready!! My camping trip was back on thanks to the service department at Wayne Pitman Ford!
