GLS courier says to have delivered to my house at ...

GLS courier says to have delivered to my house at 12:33, and I would have signed! However, it was just at work and that is not at home .... also my neighbors have nothing and no note in the box .. According to GLS, it was just delivered and according to delivery person, it was simply opened, etc. !!!! if I want to take a look at the neighbors because there was also another package delivered to them .. but then you are simply ignored and you get the response that there is already answered when you explain that neighbors know nothing and ask which house number GLS has delivered?!?!?! finally found a package, in the next porch still !! at least 20 doors passed by !!!!! bizarre bad service ....
