Simply amazing. The quality of the pizza dough is absolutely perfect. You can tell each ingredient is thoroughly thought out, and sourced at the highest level. Sitting in front of the kitchen was a mesmerizing experience, and seeing how effortless that kitchen can produce such a busy Saturday night is amazing. Especially as a former line cook.
