I have only given them 1 because it's the lowest you can give someone. I have never in my carer come across a company with such horrendous customer service.

It took 2 weeks for this company to respond to a warranty breakdown call despite 3 phone calls every day, they then refused to pay for the item even thought it was under warranty, once we'd finally agreed to pay for it ourselves just to get the Macerator working again we get 2 phone calls from 2 different contacts at JLA asking us for pro-forma payment even though we have an account and then I receive an email from a 3rd person saying the machine is now out of warranty and that we need to take out a rapid response package even though the machine has only been installed for 2 months.

Unbelievable company. I can't believe they're still in business. Don't go near them.
