Rude staff in TV section esp Samsung, that guy man...

Rude staff in TV section esp Samsung, that guy manipulated us to make the payment by giving false commitment. He asked us to wait for him he is going to pick a TV for us from the warehouse. After receiving the payment he denied of his commitment and asked us to come tomorrow for the TV pickup. We were like why the hell you took paymebt from us today, if we have to come tomorrow anyways . We were not happy with the deal even after spending $2,500. TV stopped turning on after 1 day. We called them and he said bring the TV to shop. We were already upset and my husband and I took a day off from work, we requested them to give a compensation or some complimentary service for the hassle that has been caused to us within 1 day of purchase. To that, customer service guy responded very rudely why should we give you anything, you can ask for a refund. Instead he was asking us what hassle have you gone through.. I was shocked to see his behavior..we made payment on Saturday, came back to you guys for the TV PICKUP on Sunday. TV stopped working on Monday night. Called you guys on tues. You have asked us to bring the TV on Wednesday, my husband and I took off from work to show you the faulty TV. For all the 3 days we struggled really hard to adjust 55'' inches TV in our Camry. We have atleast spent 45 mins each time to adjust the TV in our car.. and that guy had the audacity to ask what hassle have you gone through.. HN use to be my fav place to shop.. I have emotions attached to this place, each n every single thing in my house is from HN. Once HN Blacktown also delivered a faulty bed to my address and they immediately rectified it, sent a new bed and sent his guys to assemble the furniture at my home.. that's how a business retains its customers, by being empathetic and polite in delivering services. But there are few guys with poor etiquettes and bad customer service skills ruins our day..it's not about $2,500 its about how you are making your customer feel. I immediately corrected my poor decision of buying a TV from them by asking for a refund. Instead of rectifying on the services you guys are suggesting ur customers to ask for a refund... I have encountered such intelligent sales guys for the first time.. Another sad part was, his manager didn't even uttered a single word when all this was happening..
