We did our research and employed Coats & Todd to represent us for my husband, Patrick's' disability case. We were initially turned down twice and had to go before a judge to hear our case. Our attorney, Jason, discovered my husband had been "miscoded" by SSD and he immediately pointed this out to the courts. We won our case thanks to this firm. I want to say that not only did we like Jason, but we especially were impressed with the professional that contacted us to not only tell us our case was approved (we had not received an approval letter so it was nice to hear this from our attorney's office) but she told us exactly the amount of the back pay and the monthly check. She stayed on the phone with us to give us all of the details and answered our questions. She continued to follow up with us to ensure we did receive our check and auto deposit. This was AFTER Coats & Todd was already paid. It is important to note this as they still continued to do their job and make sure everything was done even though they were already paid.
