I've always said, if I had to choose one place to eat for the rest of my life...this would be it. They're so consistent on a high level of expectation, its clear they don't screw around here. I would love to get some insight from their playbook and adapt it to my industry. Every Jason's Deli I've experienced has been the same: excellent salad bar and fresh, tasty sandwiches, soups and some great teas. The original Muffeletta (comparable w/any from the French Quarter), Salmonwich, and Beefeater are faves. Just can't get over that salad bar, I need that in my life every day
