The hotel is lovely and the spa is amazing, but room 211 needs major TLC. There was no hot water on the evening we arrived.

The bath is not attached to the floor and rocks all the time. The toilette is also not attached to the floor and feels like it's going to fall over. The shower door has no seals on it, resulting in a monsoon in the bathroom after a shower. The basin counter is half falling off the wall.
