Not so good a first time experience unfortunately....

Not so good a first time experience unfortunately. We start by keeping in line for well over 45 minutes, that's what it is in these times. Fair enough.

We received an email with our goods ready, coming up to check in - it says they are not ready. We call customer service, they come out, resolve it fairly quickly. Fair enough.

Coming home and found there are 6 out of 14 items missing. Hm. Not fair enough. On it again Bilka, with the waiting time there is - then we also expect all goods are there.

Besides the; Cannon cute employees. Nothing there. Maybe think it is the system that needs a negotiation.
