Had a bad experience with the service department when it was Cotton/Kean Ford in Roselle but thought I would try again. Brought my car in for warranty transmission (Focus) work. Was told that they found nothing wrong but than quoted me $2,300 to repair the transmission if I wanted to. If you need work done on your Ford go somewhere else. Apparently Kean wasn't the issue!
