Some aggravation, but that's part of the process. Everywhere. I have had multiple tv's. From different dealers , and Leo and there service guys and the factory. Takes care of everything, and I have never had such an incredible delivery of a new 5th wheel. Like the experience I had at lazydays. I will never go anywhere else. I've learned s lot after 4 rvs. Thanks to lazydays.
