My friends and I have had many opportunities to see plays in both the Festival and Octagon Theaters. Both have comfy seats, just not much leg room. There aren t really any bad seats in either. There is ADA accessibility throughout. The restrooms are ample and kept clean. There are beverage/snack bars available, and a gift shop. The grounds around the theatre are well kept and a joy to ride through.
