I have been audited TWICE since seeing James and as a result had to pay back money to the ato on both occasions.
Now my husband has been audited and as a result has a tax bill of over $45k.
It took my husband some time to get onto trying to sort it out (5months) however when I dropped off all of the receipts to the office I was told James was overseas, fair enough but that they would not be ae to help us until the end of the year as everybody was too busy with tax returns until later in the year.
It is now later in the year and still James will not sort out this debt - we have all the receipts and as per the ato have asked JJ Taxation to resolve it however they have basically said tough luck.
My husband has been going to James for about 10 years and has recommended atleast 30 coworkers and I have recommended at least 10 coworkers.
What an absolute disgrace in customer service, when we are in fact paying for a service.
We will both be sure to advise all of our friends of the service and audits we have had as a result.
